Floresville El Camino Trail

great trail

Quiet hike and bike trail with some paved trail and dirt trail

Schertz Parkway

This is a sidewalk along a busy street with intersections and crosswalk signals. I prefer nature. No nature here, but there are lots of people walking so may feel safer for those that may like the activity level around them.

County Line Memorial Trail

Don't expect nature

The concrete path is nice. Most people won't be able to do the exercises at the stations as instructed, so do your own thing. Don't expect nature. You're walking along an open field between housing areas, right behind people's privacy fences. There was one spot where 3 panels were erected showing plants and animals, but none of that was to be seen because the area was mown down to the dirt. I don't believe I would classify this as a trail so much as simply a walkway between housing areas.

71 Toll Lane Shared Use Path

Airport Convenience

Nice running path for travelers stuck at or near the airport. The concrete path is wide, flat, and almost crack free. The path is located very close to a busy roadway which causes a ton of traffic and road noise. Additionally, there are many sections with little more than a narrow strip of green space between the trail and traffic which is a detriment to children or animals. Lastly there are some spots where a guardrail should be installed but has not been completed.

Walnut Springs Trail

the trail was great, perfect for parents pushing strollers or pulling wagons with young kids.

There were some areas that we not marked on which street to go on. But other than that, I enjoyed this trail.

County Line Memorial Trail

County Line Memorial Hike and Bike trail

January, 2021 by sfchollon

Starts at FM 725 to FM 1044 in New Braunfels, TX. I recommend starting at Fischer Park, off of County Line Road. Trail is paved and wide. Crossings have traffic warning lights. Parking is available at the FM1044 trailhead or at Fischer Park. Safe and well maintained.

71 Toll Lane Shared Use Path

stupid

This sidewalk trail is well built but it goes nowhere it dead ends on the east side into a field and on the west side dumps you into mass construction. In a few years I think it will connect

Schertz Parkway

This is not a trail!!!

This is a sidewalk on the side of a road! I think TrailLink needs to look up what a trail is...

To me, a trail is usually a path, track or unpaved lane or road or along rivers.
